Storyline:

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey follows the journey of Bilbo Baggins, who is swept into a quest to reclaim the lost Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor, which was long ago taken by the fearsome dragon Smaug. Approached by the great wizard Gandalf the Grey out of nowhere, Bilbo finds himself joining the company of thirteen dwarves led by a legendary warrior named Thorin Oakenshield. The journey will take them into the wild, through treacherous lands swarming with Goblins, Orcs, Deadly Wargs, Giant Spiders, Shapeshifters and Sorcerers. Although their goal is to the east and the wastelands of the Lonely Mountain, first they will have to escape the Goblin tunnels, where Bilbo meet the creature that will change his life forever… Gollum. Here, in the darkness alone with the creature Gollum, on the shores of a underground lake, the unassuming Bilbo not only discover the depths of ingenuity and courage that will suprise even him, here he gains possession of Gollum’s “precious” a gold ring that holds unexpected and very useful qualities… A very simple, golden ring that is tied to the fate of all Middle-Earth in ways Bilbo cannot begin to know.
